A new, free-to-join program, TG Emerging Theatre Makers is a series of exclusive events for early career arts professionals to network and explore their unique passions within today’s theatrical landscape.
Chat with top professionals and connect with other emerging theatre makers trying to find their place just like you! All TG ETM events are free and function on a first-come, first-served basis. Events are also tailored to meet our membership’s specific needs, based on feedback we receive from this survey (if this program interests you, please fill it out!)

This event will feature an in-person Q&A with a film/theatre Production Designer Brett J. Banakis (The Outsiders, The Notebook), TG Artistic Director/renowned theatrical Director Jack Cummings III (Terrence McNally’s And Away We Go, Michael John LaChiusa’s Queen of the Mist), and Director/Actor/Producer Peter Kim (Creative Producer, NAATCO) as they discuss the ins and outs of theatrical collaboration, moderated by Jaye Hunt (Literary Manager, Parity Productions). NEW MUSICAL INDUSTRY READING + PRODUCER Q&A
SUNDAY DECEMBER 8
TG ETM Members will have the opportunity to meet with TG producers to get an inside look at the importance of a new musical workshop, and how to balance supporting the artists alongside securing a future life for the new work. Participants will also get to attend the invite-only industry presentation of Michael John LaChiusa’s new musical: Beautiful Jolie Gabor, Her Glamorous Three Daughters, and Always the Happiness is Life following the Producer Q&A.

EMERGING THEATRE MAKERS NIGHT AT TG’S BUS STOP

The last event of the season, TG ETM Members will be offered free tickets to a performance of TG’s Bus Stop by William Inge, co-produced with Classic Stage Company and NAATCO. Following the performance, the cast will stick around for a talkback with an afterparty to follow, celebrating one year of TG Emerging Theatre Makers.
